Return
Below you can read what to do if you return a product you purchased.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
To exercise this right, you can contact us via customerservice@eurorefurbs.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
What can you do if the product is defective within the warranty period?
Double check
First make sure that the defect is in the product itself. Consult the manual, and you can always ask us for help and advice.
Submit an application
By viewing the sales orders of your account, you can select the order in question and leave us a message via the chat screen below. Of course, you can also email us at customerservice@eurorefurbs.com . Describe the problem as clearly as possible, and if possible, with photos. We will then follow up with you.
Returns
If we have approved your request, you will receive a return label from us to send the product back at our expense. It is important that you pack the product well, preferably in the packaging in which we sent it to you. The associated accessories do not have to be returned, unless we explicitly request this. Think of adapters, stands, etc. This allows us to keep the shipping costs low.
Repair and handling
We strive to solve the problem for you as quickly and as well as possible. If the product cannot be repaired (quickly), we will immediately send you a replacement. However, it may happen that the same product is no longer available. In that case, we will provide a suitable solution in consultation with you so that you are helped well and can continue quickly!
