Additional Terms – Sale of Hard Drives with Pre-Installed Software

License and Ownership of Software
1.1. The version of Windows 11 installed on the hard drive is subject to Microsoft's license terms. By purchasing the product, the buyer agrees to the Microsoft license agreement.
1.2. The buyer is responsible for activating the Windows 11 license. We do not provide support for the activation process.
Limitation of Use
2.1. The hard drive with pre-installed software may only be used in accordance with the Microsoft license terms.
2.2. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use the Software outside of the hard disk in violation of the Microsoft license terms.
Warranty and Liability
3.1. We provide a warranty on the hardware (the hard drive) for 2 years, from the date of purchase. Defects covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
3.2. We do not guarantee the functionality, compatibility, or future updates of Windows 11. For software issues, the buyer should contact Microsoft.
3.3. We are not liable for any loss of data, software errors, or other damage resulting from the use of the hard drive and/or installed software.
Return Policy
4.1. Products with pre-installed software can only be returned if the hard drive is unused and Windows 11 has not been activated.
4.2. If Windows 11 has already been activated, the value of the license will be deducted from the refund amount.
Technical Specifications and Compatibility
5.1. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that his/her system meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11.
5.2. We are not responsible for incompatibility with the buyer's hardware or software.
Installation and Use
6.1. Installing the hard drive into a computer system should be done by the buyer or a qualified professional. We do not provide technical support for installation.
6.2. Upon installation, it is the buyer's responsibility to correctly configure and activate the software.
Privacy and Data Security
7.1. We guarantee that the hard drive is new and does not contain any personal or other data, except for the pre-installed Windows 11 software.
7.2. It is the buyer's responsibility to protect the hard drive from unauthorized access and data loss after purchase.
Applicable Law and Disputes
8.1. These additional terms and conditions are subject to the same applicable law and dispute resolution as described in our company's general terms and conditions.
